Vasco has signed Dominguez

Vasco da Gama have landed experienced Portuguese playmaker Jose Dominguez. The side have filled the void left by Serbian midfielder Dejan Petkovic, who has joined Saudi club Al-Ittihad. Dominguez began his career with Benfica before going on to play for Tottenham and Blackburn along with Bundesliga side Kaiserslautern. Vasco president Jose Luiz Moreira was naturally pleased at the capture of the classy schemer. "I've heard very good comments about his skills and how he plays football so I think he'll be a very important signing for Vasco."
