FC Porto were afraid of registering Anderson at the Portuguese Federation of Football before his 18 years because of particular conditions fixed by FIFA.

So, postponement of Anderson's transfer to June 2006 is in negotiationbetween Grêmio Porto Alegre and FC Porto. It could allow the young player who will be 18 years old in April to take part in the Gaucho League 2006 and maybe some matches of the next Brazilian League.
