Valdiran decides the match and Vasco beat Nova Iguaçu
With 2 goals scored on the last minutes, Valdiran commanded Vasco da Gama to the victory against Nova Iguaçu (4-2) and is still on the running for the conquest of Taça Rio. The squad from São Januário scored twice, but allowed the opponents to equalize in both times. The situation changed after a tactical change made by Coach Renato Gaúcho.
