Corinthians lost away against Tigres UNAL (Mexico) two nil. It is the first defeat for the Timão in this Copa Libertadores and the Paulista club is now third in group 4 with four points.
Antônio Lopes's side lost with goals from Martinez and Peralta in the second half while Corinthians midfielder Marcelo Mattos was sent off.
The Timão will be able to get its revenge in the round 4th as Corinthians will receive the Mexicans.
