Zico to leave Japan after World Cup

No matter the out come in Germany, Zico has confirmed he will depart Japan in June and sees his future in Europe.
"I don't know what I will do after the World Cup, but I want to make clear from now that I will not continue in the position with the national team of Japan," asserted Zico. "I will analyse my situation once the World Cup ends.
"I haven't had any negotiation or conversation with any other team or national team. I don't know where I will continue my career.
"It's not true what has been said in the Brazilian press that I have already signed a pre-contract with a European team.
"I haven't even had a conversation with any official or agent of European teams."
