São Caetano reinforce its team in order to be competitive in the 2006 Brazilian League.

In spite of a good fifth place in the last Paulista League, São Caetano's attack did not be very highly efficient and after two Brazilian Championship rounds, the club has only three points.

It is why Nelsinho Baptista's club decided to sign offensive players.
After Corinthian's midfielder Elton and Aparecidense's forward Fabio Luis, São Caetano has recruited Internacional's forward Gustavo.
