Leader of the scorer ranking of the Brazilian League 2006 and main protagonist of the Carioca title won by Botafogo, forward Dodô (32 years old) decided to accept a very interesting financial offer from Al-Ain (United Arab Emirates).



The player declared that he accepted for family reasons and he considered coming back to Botafogo from next season.

He didn't play the derby against Fluminense this week-end.
