Robinho looks set to join Alex and Ronaldinho on Dunga’s injury list and is not expected to play any part in Brazil’s clash against Portugal tomorrow.

The Real Madrid star missed training today opting instead for a session of physiotherapy at Arsenal’s Emirates Stadium.

“I’ve been doing ice treatment to reduce the swelling plus I was prescribed some medicine to help the healing, but I want to talk to Dunga before I say I can’t make it for tomorrow,” he told waiting journalists.

Robinho lasted just 26 minutes against Levante on Sunday. He came on as a sub but soon asked to be taken off following a harsh tackle.

“I’d just come on, did a dribble and got hacked. It’s one of those things – a lack of luck . . . I can’t even bend my leg fully, and if the game was today {Monday} I’d be out.”

Today the rest of squad trained at the Emirates stadium where they will take on Scholari’s Portugal at 8pm tomorrow. As well as physical and tactical training the players were shown replays of Portugal’s recent World Cup and Euro qualifier matches.
