41 year old Romario hit three goals in 10 min on Sunday as Vaso beat Volta Redonda 6-1.

The hat trick takes Romario to 990 goals only 10 away from his career target of 1000. With Pele the last player to hit four figures, it was often said that it would be an impossible feat in the modern game.
