It has yet to be confirmed by the Brazilian Football Federation (CBF) but today (Friday) the Chilean FA (ANFP) reveleaved that Brazil are set to play Chile in the Sweedish city of Gothemburg on March 24th.
ANFP President Harold Mayne-Nicholls confirmed the news in an interview with radio Cooperativa.
“We have managed to secure a match against the Brazilian seleção on Saturday March 24th in Gotemburgo, Switzerland.”
He went on to add that the game should provide the perfect preperation for the Copa América, to be held in Venazula later this year, and the World Cup qualifiers for South Africa 2010.
It will be Brazil`s second friendly of the year and coach Dunga will be hoping to put the seleção 2-0 defeat to Portugal behind him.
