On Monday Dunga announced that Milan striker Ricardo Oliveira will replace the injured Rafael Sobis in the squad for Brazil’s friendlies against Chile and Ghana later this month.

Sobis picked up an injury to his right knee on Saturday during Real Bétis’ 2-0 defeat to Mallorca in the Spanish Championship.

He joins defenders Luisão and Alex on Brazil’s injury list, both of whom were called up for the games on March 24th and 27th in Switzerland but have had to be replaced.

Dunga opted to give Werder Bremen’s Nalco his first chance in the yellow jersey and to offer Fenerbahce’s Dracena another chance - he was heavily criticised over his role in Brazil's failure to qualify for the 2004 Olympics.

The squad will travel to Switzerland on Thursday.
