AC Milan have renewed there interest in Ronaldinho after it emerged yesterday that he is unhappy with the Barcelona management.

Ronaldinho was again missing from training yesterday, with the official reason given being flu. However, AS says Barca president Joan Laporta is convinced the regular absences from training and general attitude shown by the player is in order to put pressure on the club to either improve his contract or sell him to AC Milan.

Laporta wouldn't be against cashing in on Ronaldinho, who he sees as the last link with former vice-president Sandro Rosell. "Every goal Ronaldinho scores," said one source, "makes the president more uncomfortable."

If the situation isn't improved, Laporta will call in Roberto de Assis, Ronaldinho's brother and agent, for crunch talks over the player's future.
